ZEAL PATEL

Zeal Patel is a dedicated and compassionate law clerk at Liberty and Freedom Legal Group, where she supports the firm’s work in civil rights and special education law. Drawing on a background in political science, criminal justice, and psychology, Zeal brings a well-rounded and empathetic perspective to her legal work.

With prior experience at institutions such as the Vermont Human Rights Commission, The Legal Aid Society, and multiple litigation-focused firms across New York and Alaska, Zeal has contributed to a wide range of matters, from federal complaints and due process hearings to appellate brief editing and trial preparation. Her commitment to justice and equity is matched by her strong research and writing skills.

Zeal holds a Master of Legal Studies from Vermont Law School, with a concentration in litigation, and a B.A. in Political Science from Pace University. Outside of work, Zeal is passionate about storytelling and hosts a podcast centered on heart-to-heart conversations exploring life, relationships, and personal growth. She is passionate about creating spaces, both in and out of the courtroom, where stories are heard and voices are valued.
